What You’ll Need to Make the Smoothie

  • Coconut water
  • Frozen banana
  • Mango
  • Pineapple or strawberries or orange
  • Spinach, baby spinach, or baby kale
  • Chia Seeds
  • Optional: collagen, protein powder
