It’s officially summertime, which also means summer produce is back in season! Including sweet delicious mangos!

If you have found yourself with a plethora of fresh mangos sitting on your counter top and unsure of what to do with them.. give this recipe a try! Break out your blend and whip up this creamy, naturally sweet high-protein mango smoothie!

This smoothie is low in fat, contains no-added sugar, just uses fruit to add sweetness to the cup. It also incorporates greek yogurt to give it a protein boost without needing to relay on a powder. Greek yogurt also adds a creamy consistency to the smoothie and a source of gut-boosting probiotics. This smoothie is also high in vitamin C and fiber, thanks to the mangos and banana it contains.

One mango provides you with over 50% of your daily needs for vitamin C! It also contains over 5 grams of filling fiber per fruit, so won’t spike your blood sugar levels.

This recipe also uses Califia Farms Organic Almondmilk or you can use Califia Farms Oatmilk. Califia Farms Almondmilk is made from water, almonds and sea salt. Just three ingredients. No oil or gums. Perfect for any smoothie recipe!

  • 3 mangos, peeled
  • 1 large banana
  • 1/2 cup Califia Farms Organic Almondmilk or Oatmilk
  • 1 cup non-fat, plain greek yogurt
  • 1/2 tsp cardamom


  • 1. Add all ingredients to a blender, blend on high for 1-2 minutes. Add ice if desired.
