What You’ll Need to Make the Garlicky Kale Salad

  • 1 bunch kale, chopped, lacinato
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup of nutritional yeast
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp hemp seeds, optional, topping
